  1. Usage: SET HELP_SERVICE <Name of ircII HELP service>
  2.   When the HELP command is issued it first searches the
  3.   current HELP_PATH for help files.  If they are not found it
  4.   sends a message to the service specificed in HELP_SERVICE
  5.   An example setting is.
  6.     SET HELP_SERVICE help_US
  7.   which would make the client query the United States ircII help 
  8.   service.  Keep in mind that having local help files is always
  9.   faster and generally guarantees better service.
